As our community continues to grow daily, I'm excited to introduce new features that will strengthen the bonds within our open source ecosystem. The first major update is the introduction of user accounts, which currently let you track your submitted tools—with many more benefits coming soon.

I’m also happy to announce the new Verified badge system on OpenAlternative. Tool owners can now earn this prestigious mark by claiming and verifying their domain ownership. Once verified, you'll unlock exclusive capabilities, including the ability to suggest edits and add proprietary alternatives to your listings (coming soon). Go claim your tool today!
